I’ve struggled for years with insecurity about my legs, this lotion honestly changed my life. Ik that seems dramatic to say, but of everything I’ve ever tried to get rid of my bumpy legs, this made the biggest difference in such a short time.HUGE NOTE: I do combo this, its pretty easy so if you’re for really noticeable quick results you can try this:CeraVe Renewing SA cleanser (same brand but a cleanser) on a exfoliating rag (you can find any on amazon) and basically just wash your legs with the cleanser on the exfoliating rag, THEN always put the lotion on after you shower. Boom, crazy results.Its embarrassing to show but I just really wanna show how much an impact its made. Ive struggled so much with insecurity with my legs for years and for the first time I feel so free and confident. 🙂 I really hope this helps.

Absolutely love this, as I do pretty much everything from CeraVe. I use this in conjunction with the body wash and my skin is super smooth and soft. I use the lotion mostly on my upper arms where I do tend to have a little bit of bumpy skin and it takes care of it immediately.If you are using this for the first time put it on in the evening and give it overnight and you will have smooth skin in the morning.I can only highly recommend this and will be purchasing this again, just wish it came in a larger size. Thank you

Rough skin? No problem!
Have you heard of strawberry skin? not many people have, but if you have, I am sure it is because you suffer from it or know someone who does! Do you feel like you have tried absolutely everything to try and get rid of it? Whether it be by spending lots of money, on exfoliators, body scrubs, lotions, moisturizers? I get it! Because, I have to! At least I did, until I found this lotion. This lotion does not have that thick feel that most moisturizer lotions have, or have a weird chemical scent. This lotion blends in with your skin very well and has no scent whatsoever! I am already seeing a big difference in my skin on top of keeping it super hydrated. I can’t wait to feel comfortable in my skin this summer and be able to wear the cute dresses, cut off shirts, and bathing suits without worrying about the bumps on my arms!

Works but Price fluctuates often
I love this lotion. I’ve struggled with ingrown hair and this has definitely helped. I use it in place of a moisturizing lotion.I no longer use physical scrubs as this lotion provides a chemical exfoliant. It seems to work better for my skin.The itching during the re grown process has been reduced for me. And my in-growns have dramatically decreased.I rate a 5/5 star for scent as it is thankfully fragrance free 🙂

my holy grail
summary for those who don’t want to read: i have oily, low maintenance skin. this would probably be perfect for those of you with either combination or oily skin who just want to elevate their self care routine without any other fancy stuff.details: with my oily skin type, i never thought i needed to moisturize. i thought washing my face whenever i showered was enough, but this moisturizer has single-handedly made my skin better. my face isn’t usually prone to breakouts in general (unless it’s that time of the month). however, i’ve noticed that with using this, even those breakouts clear up quicker, helps with the scars, and leaves my skin feeling supple and smooth. i took a picture of a rough patch and then showed a picture a week or two later, and it’s completely gone with no scarring.note: i use the dove antibacterial bar to wash my face, if that affects the results at all.

I have always dealt with bumpy “chicken skin” and never even realized their were products to treat it until I started down the Google rabbit hole. First, this lotion is truly unscented. A little goes a long way; using too much will leave a slightly sticky residue. I took off one star just because of the feeling of it on the skin, but it absorbs okay and isn’t too bad. I have noticed an improvement in my skin and have been using this for around a month. The bottle seems small, but it actually lasts a long time.Here is my routine:For the first week, apply both morning and night.Starting the second week, apply in the morning, then use a heavier moisturizer at night (I like Hemps lotion).Once or twice a week, exfoliate with First Aide Beauty KP Bump Eraser scrub.Consistency is key here. But all of these products are decently affordable and last a long time. Hope this helps someone!

I dont mess around with my skin the quality of ingredients for the price point is amazing this particular product salicylic acid lotion for rough and bumpy. Skin can be used so many ways. If you put it over freshly shaved areas, you do not get razor bumps it gives your skin a nice, gentle exfoliate, so that your other lotions can be absorbed better into your skin or over acne areas or breakouts, I am 50 years old. Skin care is my hobby as you can tell. I love this brand.

This has totally changed my skin for the better!
I have spent a fortune on skin creams and lotions just to be disappointed. But this product has done way more than I ever expected. When used daily, it has changed my 72 year-old skin by making it softer & smoother. It’s not greasy feeling at all. I no longer have to use my oils after bathing. I just use this lotion and my skin stays moisturized and soft all day long. Believe me, I have tried many, many other lotions, creams and oils and they were useless for my skin. I won’t use anything else except this from now on. Next, I plan to order the foaming facial cleanser. I just want all of their products!

Girl with KP here 🙂 I tried this for 1 Month!
So I have KP on my legs, thighs and back of my upper arms. I’m also a black girl, I started using this lotion, with the cerave SA body wash along with The Ordinary 7% Glycolic Acid Toning Solution, and Ive been moisturizing everyday (1-2 times or when my legs and arms get dry). Have I seen results? YES! People swear by this and I see why. After about 3 weeks, I noticed large parts of my legs that were noticeably bumpy, are now smooth!!! No bumps. Full transparency, I’m a full month in, not all of the bumps on my leg are cleared, I’d say 85% of it cleared up. Some people have had 100% of the bumps clear up in less time than me, but no worries! Not everybodies skin is the same, I’m going to keep going so all of my bumps are gone 🙂 also, I’m not seeing a visual difference. I still have those little hyperpigmentation dots all over my arms and legs. But I’m not worried about this. Focus on clearing the condition first and I can clean up the physical appearance later with a fading cream or lightener for the hyperpigmentation 🥰 I’ll do an update when 100% of my bumps are gone! Can’t wait. ❤️.UPDATE 02/11/2024 – Hey yall, lol. It’s been a minute. My kp bumps are gone 100%. I discontinued using this product, as it got rid of most bumps on my legs, and but the bumps on other parts of my body were still there. This product is good with glycolic acid but really, the magic was in my GA. I switched to using either kojie acid soap or African black soap and alphas 12 percent glycolic acid, and now my bumps are 100% gone. Those products were more of the nail in the coffin for me! Soft less bumpy skin
Does the job and now get compliments on how my skin feels smooth and softer. Only down side is it has a weird smell to it but it’s not super noticeable unless you have a sensitive sense of smell. Definitely recommend if you have strawberry skin.

Multi product review after wine drunk shopping
Story time!! I’m 30 years old and I’ve always had dry skin, prone to stretch marks, slight translucent, and occasional karatosis Pilaris (red, hard bumps, looks like mild acne on arms, chest, back, and butt, leg’s) . As a teen I never wore shorts because it was embarrassing not to have soft legs. They didn’t look bad, they just were kinda matte even with lotion. Recently I bought Cerave body wash and lotion at the store. My skin looked better, felt better, was so soft and normal. My bumps are gone. After a few glasses of wine I got on Amazon and ordered a bunch of Cerave products to try them out. I got the bar soap, face wash, bumpy skin lotion, bumpy body wash, the dark blue container for extremely dry skin, the pump jar, the day and night cream, and the vitamin C serum. Sober me was happy to see all of these products today. I took a shower and tried different ones and I love them all!!!! No after shower itchy skin from hot water, everything is so soft, no itching or burning from these products. Honestly I’ve bought so much stuff to help me. Even Aveeno gave me dry skin. Lotion, oil, vaseline, homemade natural stuff whipped up in my kitchen, nothing worked. Just from what I got at the store my skin looked like everyone else’s, but tonight it has that extra soft shine without being greasy. Products just soaked right in and my skin feel’s comfortable. Some products go better on damp skin. The moisturizing face wash is great but I used it after using the bar soap to remove makeup. The moisturizing face wash doesn’t foam up, so sometimes you’ll need something extra, but it is super moisturizing. The bar soap is great you have to really work up a lather at first but it’s so gentle, and moisturizing. I used it everywhere and when I got out of the shower I wasn’t dry and itchy, and this is before lotioning!! Night cream over vita C serum feels so good, not greasy vita C serum is thin, night cream is not heavy, soaked in quick face is so soft. Hang tried the day cream yet, but will tomorrow. Go to the drug store and buy a small lotion, if you like it then I highly suggest trying other thing’s, maybe before drinking a half bottle of Moscato. Since I bought so much stuff I’m posting the same comment on the other things I bought.

This works
I have both the cream and the lotion. I use the cream mainly on my feet and lower legs especially in the winter but I love the lotion for all over body. It smoothes out dry, bumpy skin in a few days. I put it in right out of the shower. I didn’t have any for awhile and could tell the difference. Great product.

Strawberry legs, where?
I love this lotion! After seeing that this lotion helps with strawberry legs and overall, bumpy skin, I thought I would try it. I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve always been self conscious of my legs growing up. They’ve gotten so much better (especially after getting some laser hair removal) but even then, my strawberry legs were still there. I use this lotion after every shower and I also pair it with cocoa butter oil to help even out my skin and it was a game changer! Highly recommend this product for anyone wanting to improve their bumpy skin.

Softest my legs have ever been
I’ve used this product for 2 weeks and my legs have never been softer! I was so tired of dry bumpy legs in the summertime. This product feels amazing. The first shower after using the product my skin shed so much dead skin in the shower. So it really does exfoliate even if it doesn’t feel like it in the traditional sense.I gave it 4 stars because it did cause some breakouts on my more sensitive areas like neck and chest. I guess I’ll need to stick with face lotion for those areas.Overall I’m so happy about my leg results which is really the whole reason I bought it!

This lotion last long , and it “tighten” the skin a lot. Really a 2 in 1 product.Very happy that i found this lotion in this large size.Update 3 weeks in, this product puts all retinols and anti againg products to shame. This is all you need. Smooth skin finally
I was hesitant to try this product because I thought it might be too irritating or cause a break out but I have been pleasantly surprised! After two weeks my bumpy skin is smoother, the bumps are barely visible. I also use it on the rest of my body as well and it’s helping keep skin moisturized without a heavy feeling, just be sure to give it time to dry after you apply it.

I am in such disbelief, but when I look in the mirror the proof is right there. I am 25 years old and have had continuous acne ALL my life! I’m a rare exception in that my acne prone skin is sensitive and gets so dry so I have a hard time finding lotions that don’t have all the extra acne irritating ingredients but that still moisturize my skin as too many of the “oil free” options don’t. I took a chance on this lotion because I saw it contained salicylic acid in it and don’t have anything to lose. I always had acne. Yes, had. Not severe acne but it just never went away, even with a clairisonic and expensive acne systems. I’ve kept the rest of my regimen the same, only changing the lotion for this one and I can’t believe how clear and smooth my face is! I’m blown away! And every day I check for new zits but I’m elated to say I still see clear skin. This lotion changed my life and as long as it keeps delivering, this will be my holy grail. My make up looks flawless afterwards. I’m not getting too oily in my t-zone, I’m not dry in other areas, no flakes, no new pimples. I could cry! Also this is so much more affordable then buying it in stores where they charge twice as much !****** UPDATE March 11 2015I am STILL loving this product and still seeing results!!! There were a few times that I ran out and went a few weeks before I could buy a new one and I started seeing acne pop up again as well as enlarged pores and texture issues. Fiancée has been self-conscious about her arms as our wedding day draws close. She’s always had rough, dry, bumpy skin on her arms, and while I’ve never been worried about it, she did. I had paired this salicylic acid lotion with a poor strip, and throughout the whole day my skin felt so soft, compared to what it usually felt like on my nasal area used to feel very bumpy. I had been using retinA for two years. My skin stayed broken out. I looked like a 60 yo teenager! Then I found this. Within two weeks of using the cleanser and lotion, my face looked so much better. I love this stuff!

Smooth skin
I love the fact it dries fast on skin and it feels smooth. I’m just not happy about how the bottle is small. I use it all over my body so think it would last only for two weeks. But otherwise it’s great lotion
