Holy grail moisturizer
The one skincare product I repurchase religiously. Texture is thick and rich, but it does not leave your skin oily. For me, this absorbs well enough to use in the mornings and under makeup. I have challenging skin. With this, I’ve gone through Este Lauder, Clinique, Clarins, Elemis, Drunk Elephant, and on and on. Healed my barrier
Retinol really took a toll on my skin. When i went to get Botox the nurse told me to stop everything and just wash my face with a gentle cleanser at night then slather this on (same in the morning but the am cerave) My skin was less inflamed and red within a week. For a face as smooth as butter
This cream is literally a dream. I use it nightly over a prescription retinoid and it has kept my face so moisturized. I wake up in the morning with skin that is beyond soft. I love the way it feels going on and I have noticed it does not irritate my eyes if it comes near them. Highly recommend.

Thick night cream
This cream is very thick and keeps my skin hydrated. I sometimes use regular CeraVe moisturizing cream even on my face and would say this night version is even thicker but hopefully it helps turns me into Benjamin Button. Still waiting for that to happen.

Scent-free Super Moisturizing Night Cream
Thicker than what I’ve been used to, a little goes a long way. You only need a small amount to moisturize your face after cleaning and putting a night-time serum on your face. Its scent-free formula doesn’t irritate. I’ve been using it for several months now, and there is a noticeable improvement in the suppleness of my skin. Also, I see less uneven skin tone; although I’m not certain that’s completely due to this cream alone. In sum, it’s a very good night cream, especially during the dry, winter months. I may switch to a lighter formula when the weather gets warmer.

Pretty great
I really like this but there’s two things I don’t like. 1) I don’t like that CeraVe doesn’t include a tamper on their products. It’s not just you. Go to any store that sells this night cream and you’ll find that none of them come with a tamper seal. I’m not a fan but I don’t see them changing this any time soon. 2) It doesn’t spread on my face as easily as I’d like it too. It’s not a deal breaker but is a little annoying. However, in regards to moisturizing, it’s excellent at this.

A good night cream, but don’t expect miracles.
I am 77 years old, and have been using this night cream every night for the last 3 months. I guess I don’t have a lot of wrinkles for my age, but gravity, lack of collagen, age, etc. is taking it’s toll. Let’s face, there is no cream of any kind that will reverse the effects of aging or replace the collagen our bodies no longer produce no matter how much we spend. Still, we need to try to protect what we have.In my opinion, this is a good night cream that helps to moisturize the skin. It has little to no odor, and absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling greasy. This is not a very large jar, but you don’t need much. At 3 months, I am still using the first jar and have used about 3/4 of the jar. So far, I like this night cream and will continue using it. After using it, the next morning my face feels smooth and looks healthy.As mentioned previously, I don’t expect miracles from any face cream, but I feel this one has the benefits of moisturizing and making my face feel and look a little better. Hey, at my age, I’ll take what I can get.I hope this review was helpful for you.

Excellent and Effective
I have very sensitive skin and recently, I had some very dry, rough, red patches on my chin and cheeks that responded to none of my usual products. I used SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore and it didn’t help and even stung, so I tried Aquaphor and no improvement. So, I bought the CeraVe night cream and it completely healed and cleared up my very irritated, peeling skin within 48 hours. It didn’t sting, it just made my skin moist and even after just a few uses. I am now using it every night and the results are great and it costs so much less than many of the products I used to rely upon. Highly recommend this great product.

Trust the Dermatologists!
I’m 56, very fair with freckles and ultra sensitive skin. I started using Tretinoin and burnt my skin. After watching tutorials, I armed myself with CeraVe products and this night cream is heavenly. First, the box arrived undamaged and as you can see the cream is full and untouched. This cream is dense and has a luxurious feel as you apply. There’s no burning sensation and my skin looks quite dewy/moisturized. I also use CeraVe skin repair ointment for the severe burn areas. Gone is the Tret “purge” with all the peeling and irritation. Now I have the full AM/PM routine anchored with CeraVe products that are recommended by my dermatologist. The price point is fantastic compared to the department store prices and the results are one happy complexion. I will restart Tret now that I am prepared for any bad reaction because the CeraVe line works perfectly with my difficult, sun damaged and sensitive skin. Thank you CeraVe!

Great for really dry skin
I mix this with my Sunday Riley night serum, and it works really well to keep my super dry skin moisturized. However, it’s such a tiny jar. I’m used to this brand giving huge quantities for a small price, so it’s surprising. But…I keep buying because it works.

Bye Bye expensive night creams!
Love this product – a great night time moisturizer with essential ingredients that you pay a lot more for in other brands. I personally liek that there is not a strong scent. This is not greasy and seals in any treatment I did prior to layering this on (such as a retinol cream). I will spend a lot for a good facial treatment but I am telling you I get wonderful moisture from this, no irritation, just smooth, soft, happy skin. Save your money to spend on a good treatment for your skin type (maybe a great retinol or something that targets an issue you have) and then use this as your night cream.

Good night cream for the price.
My dermatologist recommended this cream. She explained that Cera Ve is the best brand for the price. It has good ingredients and will not irritate the skin.I agree! I’ve been using this cream for 2 years, and it makes my skin soft and has improved the texture. I’m in my mid 40s, so small lines are prevalent. Since I’ve been using this cream, I feel like the aging process has slowed down a bit. I have added the Cera Ve daytime moisturizer (with SPF) and their eye cream as well. So the results may be a trifecta.The cream is dense and thick and has a fresh light smell.Great cream for the price.I’m sticking with Cera Ve, try it!

Hydration/Rejuvination for Older Skin!
After discarding expensive department store products, I began using the CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream because of the ceramides, peptides and hyaluronic ingredients, and it is noncomedogenic. I have sensitive skin, a combo of oily and dry, and have been prone to eczema. Right off, I noticed that the cream went on smoothly and was not greasy. I did not develop any adverse reactions. Over time, my face felt hydrated, and looked restored. Now I am pairing it with other CeraVe products and my older skin looks and feels fresh and renewed!

Great cream
I live in an area that can get pretty cold and I need extra moisture to help combat dry dry DRY skin. I also have rosecea.This is a really nice moisturizing creme that I wear at night to help with those issues. I slather it on really good and in the morning my skin feels great.There’s no scent which is nice, I don’t like fragrance in my lotion. Plus I’ve never had an issue with it making my skin burn even when using it with my rosecea medication.

Best Moisturizing Cream
I could go on for days about this night cream. While it may seem a bit pricy at first glance, when compared to “luxury” brand equivalents, it really is an affordable option. And this ain’t Pixie Hollow but I have faith and trust that there is pixie dust in this magic-working formula.At first I was surprised at how thick the cream seemed, but it melts into the skin very well. A little goes a long way! Thought I first bought this on a whim, it quickly became a routine in my winter skin routine or anytime my face and hands need a little extra love.The scent is faint but unobtrusive, and even though the formula is definitely on the heavier side, I wouldn’t consider this product greasy at all. The difference before and after the cream is palpable. I’d say buy it! You won’t regret this purchase.

On my second jar & love it
Let’s not talk about how much I have spent on skin care searching for the holy grail. Found it! I only use Cerave products now. But this night cream is the best out there & my favorite product. I am 54 yrs old with combination skin. This cream is dreamy with no scent. My skin is smooth and my sun spots have disappeared. I don’t need foundation anymore unless I want to be fancy. No breakouts, either. Why spend $100 on something that can’t compare…. Go with this one.

i’m giving 5 stars for now because it arrived on time, intact, and the product was all in the container.this was a gift for my grandma who loves skincare. she said the cream smells nice and that the formula light but moisturizing.but we literally just got it so i can’t say if it does what it says.but i’m a loyal CeraVe user so i think my grandma will be happy with this product in the long-term.

So Hydrating!
I was looking for a hydrating cream that did not feel heavy when I put it on. I understand that night creams tend to be heavier than day, but I am someone who does not like heavy creams.Enter this wonderful tub – this is a thick, hydrating cream without feeling heavy or that it is clogging my pores. It helps keep my skin soft and hydrated on the areas that get dried out from my retinol cream (mainly my upper cheeks near my eyes). It would get so dry it would hurt and this little guy has helped moisturize my skin while I sleep.I am so thankful I found this cream!

Surprised how well it works
I have extremely dry, menopausal skin and began to develop deep lines between eyes. Didn’t want to go for Botox again (haven’t in a couple years) Pricey creams did nothing and barely moisturized for an hour. My foundation would just highlight the dryness. This night cream is wonderful! I use it morning and night and the lines, although still there, are not as deep and my skin remains feeling moisturized all day. Makeup goes on smoothly and no more dry patches.

A great cream.
Before using it, my skin was already in a very sensitive and dry state. I knew this moisturizer had very good reviews, especially for skin repair. So, I decided to give it a try. No need to spend a fortune for excellent skincare
At 62, believe me when I tell you over the years I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on skincare products, believing that the more expensive products must be higher quality. I finally decided to spend time researching what ingredients are important for my age and skin type and what ingredients to avoid. I also learned that my daughters (in their 40s), my mom (in her 80s) and several friends were using the CeraVe moisturizers (both night time and general face/body moisturizers). I decided to try it for myself and I am sold on this brand. I am no longer buying in to spending a fortune for basically fancy packaging and heavily perfumed skincare products.

I purchased this because it was recommended by a You Tube dermatologist and it has several ingredients that is great for your skin. The container is not very large, but the lotion is very thick and a little goes a long way. It does not have any type of smell. I will purchase this again.

Almost as good as pricier night creams
I found a night cream that I like better because this one doesn’t absorb quite as quickly as I like but it’s very moisturizing and works well for extra dry skin like I have. I now use it on the back of my hands because it’s got great value for the money so I can treat my hands to a good cream to keep them young looking.

I’ve always liked this brand, but I’m kind of getting more and more into products that don’t test on animals. “ CeraVe is owned by L’Oréal, a company that tests on animals. Not only is CeraVe not cruelty-free but neither is their parent company. In the beauty industry, it’s common for brands to be owned by a larger company.”

Fine lines? Dry areas? Recent retinoid use? This stuff has you covered. It is a thick cream that absorbs well into the skin. I have been using it for a week and the change is remarkable.I started a tretinoin 0.1% treatment 2 weeks prior to discovering this stuff and thought I would get no relief from dry skin. I was wrong! In fact, this will be my go-to night cream moving forward… and I have tried IT ALL. For the price, convenience and effectiveness, you cannot beat it.My only comment is to keep your hair away from your face when it is setting in as it will transfer.

Thick but not greasy
This has very little smell and a nice feel once it’s on. It’s much thicker than other night creams I’ve used, but it absorbs quickly and isn’t greasy. I’ve been using an Olay product which wasn’t nearly as effective at decreasing crepe-y skin. Overall, I’m a convert.
