I am 1/2way through the bottle so I honestly can not say if the serum is working or not. The scent is nice and the texture is beautiful. Very easy to apply the recommend 4 drops to my my entire face. I have sensitive skin and this product does not irritate me at all. I expected a little redness or stinging. I like to start slowly with new skincare items so I used every other morning for a week and now I faithfully use every morning. I actually look forward to it because of the texture and how well it absorbs into my skin. I follow with La Roche-Posay moisturizer 3 minutes after applying.Other comments mentioned the size of the dropper vs the size of the bottle opening. They are 100% correct. The serum is thick. When returning the dropper to the bottle it’s almost impossible to get the dropper in cleanly. The product gets on the threads of the bottle and it inevitably gets gummy and dirty. One person who commented said that this isn’t a problem because she wipes the dropper on her face to apply the amount of serum she needs. I wouldn’t recommend that because no matter how well you wash your face there are still germs and bacteria on your skin that will get transferred to the contents in the bottle where they will grow and cause skin issues. A dropper should never tough your skin or another surface before returning it a bottle. I do take the time to clean the threads on the bottle and dropper but I feel like I’m spending time doing something I shouldn’t have to. I probably won’t buy again unless the packaging concerns are addressed.

So I was in the market for a different brand of Vitamin C. Decided on LA ROCHE-POSAY Vitamin C Serum after reading through many reviews on several different brands on Amazon. Product arrived on time, packaged well, in New condition.Ive used many brands of Vit C, some I liked some not so much. I’ve used 15% Vit C & EGF Serum, which made my skin tight and sorta dry. Tried a few from big box stores, ranging from 10%-30% Vit C, that were ok, but again no major improvements in sun spots or hydration. Also tried C Therapy Night Cream (with Vitamin C & E Hydroquinone USP, 4%) BY Obagi-C RX System, loved the texture of the cream but again the results didnt justify the cost!! I even used Obagi medical Professional-C serum 20% with no major results @ $125 a pop!😯 So here i am on my continued search for an amazing Vitamin C that can reduce fine lines and sun spots while also preventing new ones.While I can’t rate this product on what it can physically do to help with wrinkles, fine lines, texture of skin, evening out pigmentation and overall efficacy of serum I am giving it 4 stars for now and will update as needed. The serum was pure heaven when I applied it to my clean face. It felt like pure velvet being swept across my face & neck. It blended in nicely not too thick or thin, leaving my skin butter soft. No dryness or tightness noted at all. Dried in great within a couple of minutes, so I could apply my next product. Highly recommend. The only reason I can think of, that I would not recommend or for me to switch brands or not change to 5 stars would be if this Vitamin C doesnt benefit my skin as it claims. So that will take a little longer using this serum before I can speak on that.I will add that I noticed while reading some reviews was pertaining to the droppler and bottle. When you remove the droppler, it’s super easy to dispense a few drops. Just make sure when you go to insert the droppler back into bottle, make sure the serum has ran back down into bottle if not the serum will shoot up, causing a bit of overflow. (I think this is why some people were complaining about the droppler). While I didn’t have an issue with it, I could see how some people would, especially if they just forcefully put the droppler back into the bottle without being aware how products work. As the bottle becomes less full, this shouldnt even be a concern. So for me the box, bottle and droppler were 5 stars, no issues.Will update later on my new Vitamin C Serum. I plan on using it faithfully 7 days a week once if not twice a day.😍 Either it works or it Doesn’t, right!

Don’t use this before bed unless you don’t mind orange on your pillow case. After I learned that lesson, I use it in the AM only. I’ll go back to using their non-colored product after this is used up.

I was initially disappointed that this only had 10% vitamin C as I was using it to replace a product at 12% and another at 15%. Laroche actually works as good or better than either of the other products, particularly the 12% chain store brand that’s 3 times the price. After 2 weeks even I was surprised; my skin was visibly smoother with a more even tone and noticeably reduced pore size. It smells wonderful (and I’m generally not into fragrences at all), goes on smoothly and instantly becomes invisible. GREAT product and it has all the effects it advertises- I wouldn’t hesitate to try any other La Roche-Posay products.

Have been using this for over a year now and really happy with the serum. It doesn’t burn my face and feels so smooth and luxurious. I like the smell, too. The only downside is the applicator- they need to redesign it as the dropper is too thick for the opening of the bottle and the product spills out when you close the bottle. I wish it had more of a dispenser type lid to keep it cleaner.

I’ve tried so many products but none are as clean straightforward, non irritant, and w a nice immediate look than la roche posay. Fragrances are mild and effective at enjoying having the products on rather than smelling like hot dog water. I know the product gets a bad rep bc of the clear bottle and product color but I trust they already formulated it right because it’s one of the few vitamin c that I feel nice on my skin and does give me a brightening effect.

My dermatologist recommend this product for my dry skin. It has been a game changer. Not only does it moisturize fairly well but I feel it gives a nice firm to the skin. Smells nice. It is a bit overpriced but I think worth the investment and still well priced compared to other high end products with the same effect.highly recommend!

I’m more than half way through the bottle. It may be working, but since it’s one part of my skincare routine, and I haven’t seen a noticeable difference since I added it, I can’t say either way. This LeRoce-Posay serum is very thick, orange in color, and has a distinct orange chemical smell that doesn’t dissipate. It also isn’t absorbed well so it leaves a sticky film for the entire day. Maybe due to the number of ingredients competing for face space? I’m 58 and trying to keep my face from melting (yay gravity!), so this may be a great product for those with younger skin who are looking for a single preventative product that does multiple things, but none of them amazingly well. I haven’t tried to put foundation over it, so I can’t speak to that. I’ll finish the bottle, but with so many other effective products on the market in this price range, I won’t be purchasing this again.

I recently tried a Vitamin C serum with high hopes of achieving radiant and youthful skin. This is my first time using Vitamin C serum, but the only thing I have not enjoyed is it leaves a sticky residue on your skin. For this reason, I use it at night with my skin care routine. I have been using for a couple of months and so far I do not see a noticeable difference but hoping that with summer coming it will possibly have a more noticeable benefit.

I saw this advertised on Tik Tok non the less! I’ve been looking for a serum and gave it a try. Now I’m hooked. I use it daily, my skin is glowing and I am consistently complemented on the “glow” I have. I love it when I am going bare faced its also a great primer under makeup. It has a beautiful silky smooth feel. I’ve seen a lot of complaints about the adapter but I just rub the side of it on my forehead and cheeks then spread around evenly. It provides the perfect amount and I have no issues with it getting all over the bottle or anything of that nature. The color does change overtime due to oxidation but I have had no issues with any “orange residue” on my skin.

I purchased this La Roche Posay Vitamin C serum due to the rave reviews, but I must say I was disappointed. Although the serum is quite hydrating and leaves a soft feel to the skin, the applicator is super thick and difficult to use. When you take out the applicator, the serum often spills out over the sides, especially when the product is full. Lastly, the scent is unbearably strong and overly floral, reminding me of potpourri.I have not noticed any significant changes to my skin after 2 months of use. I think I’m ditching this product and returning to my old Vitamin C serum, the Maelove Glowmaker.

The product came in perfect condition and I immediately opened it to use it. A little bit goes a long way with this serum. Smell is great, not sticky and leaves your face feeling fresh and smooth. I loved this product at first. But then it started making me break out with daily use. I never break out. I stopped using it and the bumps went away. I am going to try using it ever other day to see if that helps. It felt so refreshing and I am disappointed that I can’t use it daily.

I love this stuff. I’m on my second bottle. My dermatologist recommended it as part of my daily routine, and she offered me a sample. I fell in love with the smell and the feel of the serum when I apply it. When I put it on each morning, it’s like I’m giving myself a face massage. After buying my first full bottle, I was addicted. It makes me skin look and feel so healthy. Pro Tip: apply when your face is still damp. A little goes a long way. When I first used it, I applied when my face was bone dry, and I had to use a lot. My dermatologist later told me to apply to a damp face and neck, and since then, I’ve been using a lot less. It’s expensive, but one jar lasts 6 months or longer (I’m not sure yet since I’ve only recently started using less).

No thank you. Too thick, eyedropper disperser is awkward, very blunted, adsorption difficult, and don’t want any of this on your counter, can come out but an almost stain. Love the brand, great brand, but do not love this particular product.
