Came broken
DO NOT PURCHASE. First of all, this arrived 2 weeks after i purchased even though when I bought it I was told was receiving it in at least it a week. Not only that, it came broken on the top and was the wrong color. The color is nothing like it looks like online. The words look brown in real life. DO NOT BUY

Poor Quality
When I ordered this for my girlfriend I was expecting a quality product. As soon as I unwrapped it the handle was wobbly and shook back and forth. This was back in December. It is currently April and in trying to unscrew the lid to fill it, the handle snapped off. This product didn’t even last a year and this wasn’t continuous use either it was pretty neglected for a while. Also this thing was a pain in the rear every time to unscrew the lid. We’ll stick to hydro flasks because we’ve had them for years without a problem.

I paid for an original product and received a fake one.
I bought the pink Stanley for my wife for Christmas and immediately after unboxing it, we noticed very obvious differences compared to her other Stanley cups. The screws for the handle are supposed to be Allen head and on the pink one they are just Phillips (crooked) head. The straw on the pink one is skinnier than an original, the rubber seal on the pink one is more robust and won’t let the lid close properly all the way. The rubber grip is a different size. Also, this color is not one of the pink Stanley colors, this one seems to be a brighter pink. It’s frustrating enough to be paying a higher price for a pink Stanley, even more so to receive a fake one.

Handle broke of after I washed it to use it
I’m bummed it broke before I even used it. I bought it and had it shipped to my friend in the states (cuz shipping to Denmark is expensive) my friend brought it to me when we meet up in Thailand. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in a box for my entire vacation, so it didn’t break during transport.I was so excited to use it imagine my disappointment when the handle came off. I would give it zero stars but that was not an option

Disappointed
I REALLY wanted a Stanley since it’s a brand I’ve grown up with, that my dad used for work for years. However, it leaks really badly! I’m kind of disappointed. It also doesn’t stay cold as long as it advertises for. I think my metal hydroflask works better, so does my Yeti. It’s cute though, and I like the color, but all in all it’s waaaay overpriced for what you get.

Upset
I ordered this cup months ago and just gave this to my grandaughter two days ago for her birthday only to find out on the news YESTERDAY that they were found to have LEAD in the base of them! Now I don’t know if it is safe for her to drink from it, if there is a recall, or WHAT is happening with these cups. For the price, there should be no problems with them at all!

DENTED AND DIRTY
I was so excited to get this water bottle, especially in this color. Ran to open my package and when I did it was covered in dents. The video doesn’t pick up on it at all, but there’s dents everywhere. There’s a ton of chips on it where paint is scrapped off. I can only show one video but the lid was disgusting. There was hair and random pieces of gunk all over it. Would not recommend buying on here since my Stanley came completely ruined.

Overly priced
The item is well made, no complaints. However, I found the cup at Dick’s Sporting Goods and Target for half the price. The only reason I purchased it at top dollar, was because it was my daughter’s preferred color.

The media could not be loaded.
Kinda bummed.. ordered the pink dusk 40oz Stanley. Came with a weird scratch in the plastic on the lid. Used 1 time (just ice water) and the lid wouldn’t come off to refill. It does keep the drink cold though, so if you can deal with the lid sometimes not coming off, then this is the cup for you! Also, this cup has been advertised to be leak proof. Lie. Straight up lie. It pours out like a faucet if it’s dropped on its side.

Keeps you drink cold
My wife primarily uses this to hold her water. She puts ice in it in the morning and it last well into the afternoon keeping the temperature cold. The construction is great and durable. The colors available are also nice and have no issue of fading or discoloration. A great accessory is the straw. Great buy.

Disappointed
I have had this cup just under 6 months. The logo rubs off with just your fingers. I can never get the lid off and today it broke when trying to remove it. I have many cups similar to the Stanley that have held up much better than this, especially for the price!

The cup leaks and is not a good product
There are scratches, scuffs and dings on the cup. The cup leaks even after purchasing outside accessories to stop it from leaking. It shouldn’t leak at all and you should not have to purchase outside accessories. We do not have proof but it sounded like the driver threw the box at the front door.

Nice Product-Overpriced-slight damages
Very nice design and of course had to get this particular color for a Christmas gift request. Amazon made a mistake in my initial order so I had to reorder at a much higher price with no compensation or I would say the price was not over priced. The product also arrived with minor scratches and a minor dent.

Cracked top
