I purposely waited a few weeks before reviewing because they reviews I read were so mixed and almost deterred me from buying. I’m happy with the purchase. No damages, no issues. Color, size, weight are all good to me. I only hand wash them and don’t use silverware to stir the food while I’m cooking to avoid any possible scratches. The only thing I agree with previous reviews is that the oil does shift to the sides instead of remaining evenly spread in the pans. I would buy again and I recommend.

I like these. They have a nice weight to them. They were all larger than I expected. I used once to make fritters and they came out great. The heat distributes evenly. The handle doesn’t get hot. I’ll update my review after using it some more.

I needed new fry pans for everyday use. After checking different stores and reading independent reviews I decided on this set.

Was I shouting? Yes. Yes, I was.
I waited to write a review until after I had used these several times. I wanted to ensure the ease of use wasn’t simply because they were new.
I tend to cook slightly warmer than medium, because I think I have to get everything cooked yesterday. With these pans I turn down the temperature as instructed and because of the quality of the fry pan my food cooks almost as quickly. But, it cooks more evenly at those temps without my having to worry about burning. Do NOT leave food on the stove and walk away! It’s great having a pan that sits flat on the stove where placed!
I do add a small amount of nonstick spray or butter.
I don’t use metal utensils.
I do wash and dry the pan when finished.
I imagine these pans are going to last many years with no loss of nonstick property and no warping.
