Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, holidays, supplier delays, or promotional sales, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a major delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method available at checkout.
- United States: 7–20 business days after processing
- International Orders: 10–30 business days after processing
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect address details, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and available shipping options are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location, product type, order value, and available carrier options.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow a few days for tracking details to update after your tracking number is issued.
If your tracking information does not update immediately, this does not always mean your order is delayed. Some carriers may take additional time to scan and update shipment progress.
Multiple Packages
Since some products may be shipped from different suppliers or warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Cartybay is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been prepared or shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery delays can happen due to customs, carrier backlogs, weather, or local delivery issues.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can review the shipment status and assist you further.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or local carrier office.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will help guide you through the next steps. Cartybay is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are processed. Once an order has been prepared, fulfilled, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update or cancel your order.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. Some products may not be available for delivery to certain locations due to supplier, carrier, or local import restrictions.
